The assessment was completed and we feel it was very thorough. It aligned with everything we had been seeing. We were very impressed with what the assessment caught and the detailed discussion we had following the assessment results. We have seen great growth and improvement thus far. We feel very optimistic about our future in the program.
We scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning, and no one was in the office. After calling a different location, we were met to discuss the program within 20 minutes or so. Although we were initially disappointed, they were apologetic and explained the scheduling issue.
