I ordered graco car seat 65 3 in 1 and its have tiny reclinement and when we request for return they charged from us.
I needed replacement shoulder pads for a car seat but was unable to order them online. Called the 800 number, didn't have to wait for hours, and had the pleasure of working with Erica. She put me on hold for a few short minutes to see what else she could do for us and she was able to locate something similar that will work for our car seat and processed our request very quickly. Awesome customer service!!! Thanks Erica!
