It's a factory but price OMG, too much....
My experience with this company has been exceptional. I placed an online order and due to a glitch in the system i wasn't able to choose 'delivery'. Within minutes of placing the order I got a phone call and was asked why I didn't choose delivery as I was 3 + hours away. I let them know I wasn't able to and for the product I purchased, I would do the drive! Frank the manager called me back and let me know they would happily schedule a delivery for me, FREE of charge! Absolutely love my new patio furniture! Great quality and workmanship on my new cushions. The guys were knowledgeable, helpful and kept in contact with my order. They even helped load the furniture into the van. When you receive great service it really stands out. Thank you very much!
