The item I wanted was sold out at Saks but a Google search revealed the item in stock and at a lower price at Gracious Home. I ordered it on December 31st and it delivered on January 4th. Super fast and free shipping! I would definitely order from Gracious Home again.
I had purchased two picture frames during a sale- went home opened the boxes and realized the sales person had given me the wrong frames. I went back to exchange them for the ones I originally asked for-- and they would not honor the discount that was happening during the time of my original purchase. Ridiculous because they had given me the wrong items to begin with, and I was within the return/exchange period.
