I have been using GB Design House for years and can not recommend them enough!! My most recent order was for an event that had a very fast date approaching and I was in a big big bind! I contacted Audrey at GB Design House and she rushed my order and even got the items to me 2 days before I was expecting them! The quality of their products is always amazing and their customer service is top notch!! Do not depend on this business for a special day like your wedding day! My daughter’s wedding day is going to be ruined because the cups she was so excited about getting, one of the very first things she picked out for her wedding, are now the biggest regret! I sent them my proof response and then 3 hours later I sent them an email with a revision to my order… my $218 order. Then 3 weeks later I get the cups and they are wrong. I had custom cups made and Shanti was amazing! Between helping create the design, providing impeccable customer service, and responding to emails so quickly, working with her was a joy. Highly recommend!!
The GB team went above and beyond! I was worried, I wasn't going to be able to have such a customized order taken care of but GB was so accommodating and helpful I can't even begin to express my thankfulness. Highly recommend.
