I couldn’t be more than thrilled to be apart of this academy. I’ve been training under Orlando (RIP) & Alec since about 8 years ago when I started my journey . I didn’t walk into this gym looking to change my life but that’s exactly what happened. I was in a dark place. Struggling with addiction, no confidence, no structure. Gracie Barra La Canada Flintridge is truly the best jiu jitsu school around. The coaches are competitive black belts who are always happy to explain their knowledge. If you want to do jiu jitsu as a fun hobby or be an avid competitor with the perfect support behind you I can’t think of a better place to do so.

Gracie Barra La Cañada Flintridge is run by incredible Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professors with the goal of developing both high-level athletes and good people. Best jiu jitsu experience! Coaches are top notch, great attitudes and deep knowledge. My teenage son loves it, from competitions to days training at the gym.

I've been training here for about a month and a half, and I can honestly say this is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The environment is super welcoming, coaches and members alike are friendly, supportive, and never intimidating. Everyone's genuinely invested in helping you grow, especially when you hit a tough spot. It’s the kind of place that makes you excited to keep showing up. Huge shoutout to my guy Pedro, legend!
