Ms. Hanna is the best! We have used their respite service several times and couldn’t be more pleased. They are very accommodating, kind, and a pleasure to leave our loved one with when we are in a pinch for care! Highly recommend!
It's hard to find a better staff to resident ratio. There's never more than 7 residents so the caregivers always know everything there is to know about their residents. Some facilities have 1 caregiver watching 12 people.
My mother-in-law caregiver Terry Brenham was excellent 👌. She always went beyond what she was supposed to do and more. She started out as just a caregiver but in the 2 1/2 years she has become part of our family. Even at the end of my mother-in-law journey in life Terry came and sat with her even when she was not on the clock with my mother-in-law last few days and hours of her life.
