Altercation at the aquafit class extremely badly handled by a dark blonde haired lady of the management team at Gracemount. I attended an aquafit class. I had been at the previous class so was in the same place in the pool. An old lady stood right in front of me so I had no room to move. I told her there was not enough space to move about in the aqua class. She replied with a torrent of swear words and, to diffuse the situation, I moved to the deeper part of the pool.
