This is my 3rd and I'm estatic...I still have the other 2 just need another.
The beginning to end and afterward was the best experience I remember having, the customer service was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the product. I had an issue afterwards and Mr Sheldon Jenkins at the Graceland of Hollly, Hill SC location took care of that promptly, very professional and stood by his word.
I can't say enough great things about this company as far as sales. Sheldon Jenkins in Holly Hill is wonderful to work with. I started with a repo and after thinking about it... I decided to go with a new model just for warranty. I stopped by Moncks corner too and she was great also. Took time to help me decide what colors I wanted even though I was going with Sheldon. Like I said so far they have been honest and caring. Thank you so much. God bless. Lynne
