Homely, clean and excellent caring staff.
Staff is friendly and residents appear to be quite happy . A wonderful place to call home .
5/2/2025 My mum recently passed away just shy of 95. Mum had been in Graceland since 2013 (11½ years). She entered the home a couple of years after my father passed away to be close to her sister. They had many years of Independent living at Graceland enjoying the freedom that the home offered as well as the close proximity to Elsternwick Shopping Centre. Manager an animal no heart. Elderly locked up for 5 days. For a Flu...manager insisted I have each and every covid vax as well as all current flu vaccinations, or I can "never see my dad till then"...she gloated in her power over me. Truly a heartless Dan Andrews soldier. Freemasons was 50K cheaper and triple the facilities in quality. Mum was there I don't know why this was chosen a tiny TV and a smashed up out of key Piano is all that is there.
My 95yo father is a resident here and I am very happy with it.
