This place is consistently disappointing and aggravating. Only go there if you want to pay 1 $15 for a small box of cereal or $30 for 12oz of ground coffee. They have such a captive population for groceries that if they lowered their prices all of Stuytown would go there. But as it is I try my best never to step foot in that place as they are consistently price gouging - like unjustifiably their prices are more than twice that of Trader Joe’s down the street. I don’t get it.
Place smells like mold. Health department should check it out
On April 22, 2026, I visited the store at around 9pm ET. I always request my receipt. When I arrived home, I noticed that one item was scanned three times. Rather than scanning the price of my fresh, prepared fruits individually, the cashier scanned the same item three times. I tried calling several times and no one answered. There is no voicemail, nor is there an email. So, please always ask for your receipt and check it before you leave the store. You may get overcharged for items.
