i had a family member use their services. She had an adverse reaction that led to a hospital visit and nausea for a few weeks. Their office sent her nausea RX to the incorrect pharmacy. I do not recommend using Graceful Wellness for HRT. They are unresponsive to medication refill requests. It typically takes 3 phone calls to even get a response from their team. In my experience, it takes about a month to get a refill and usually I run out and have to get the pharmacy involved for Graceful to actually follow up on what they said they already did. They implemented a new automated refill request form which I submitted over a month ago and have heard nothing. All this for a monthly charge of $75 to "manage my c... read more

The staff were all so sweet and welcoming! I had a customized facial and my skin was glowing afterward. I left feeling so refreshed and amazing. It was such a relaxing experience, definitely recommend if you’re needing a little self care day!
