This is my second time coming here, and I have to say the experience has been excellent. Mrs Irene is truly skilled, she knows exactly how to identify which muscles are tight and locked up. My muscles were sore, especially around my shoulders and traps, and I couldn’t move through my full range of motion. After the session, I felt so much better, and now I can move freely again. Highly recommend!
I have had horrible massage experiences in the past even though I had very few massages in the past. Guy helped me pinpoint my pain and developed a plan to work through them in a comfortable and professional manner. I look forward to my visits to work out my pains with him!

Really a one of a kind massage with the use of cryotherapy, hot stone, bamboo, deep tissue massage and more. Guy Really worked with the specific needs of my body and there was a noticeable improvement in my range of motion and pain. I am looking forward to more treatments.
