I was told by April that I would receive a written report on what we discussed via phone on July 23. She told me the report would be sent within a week. It has been two weeks and I have yet to receive that report. I have left messages but have received no reply. Very disappointed.
April and her team are phenomenal to work with!! Although my case was a little different than what they normally do, they were incredibly helpful!! They have helped me with so many things as a business owner and I can’t recommend them enough! They are the first team I recommend whenever someone needs a lawyer!!
I disnt receive any of the promised feedback from initial "free consultation" with the intake secretary.
