Grace and her team were great to work with. We were able to get all of our questions answered and communication was very timely. The system used to complete the process is user friendly and it made uploading documents and seeing what we still needed to do clear. She was also able to beat the rate our longtime bank offered. We were purchasing from out of state with a VA loan, dual military couple, with one of us preparing to retire, the other disabled, and we couldn't travel for closing. This was the easiest and fastest processes. We looked for home long distance and Zohra was so kind and supportive in this important first time process i could have wished for. Grace understood to assignment! She made our dreams of owning a home a reality. The team were very communicative while also being honest with everything. They truly took care own ohana! I would totally use them again if i needed to buy another property.

Financing a house especially as first time homebuyers is pretty intimidating but Grace's expertise made the process a lot less daunting than it needed to be.
