My experience with this assisted living facility was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of a nurse named Lisa. In my experience, she was consistently rude and unprofessional toward residents. I witnessed her being extremely rude to residents and using inappropriate language, which is completely unacceptable in a place meant to provide care, safety, and dignity. Grate care from my experience
Although I cannot speak to the care of Grace Village once a loved one moves in (only because my mother moved out of state to live with me after an unfortunate event with one of her previous in-home caregivers), I do not want to miss the opportunity to leave a glowing review for the facility and, especially, for Lee and Amber at Grace Village. We are very pleased with Grave Village Assisted Living! The administration and staff are top on the charts!!! They are so very caring and take the best care of all the residents that are there! They take such wonderful care of our Dad! He is on Memory Care hall and the staff are so very good & attentive to him & take the very best care of him!
