We went with Grace for a big move as had used them before in Sydney and were great. This wasn't a great experience, had damaged items, late arrival, they didnt tell me at any point I would have to go over to their site office to sign paperwork. Stickers were placed in terrible spots so we spent ages rubbing all the residue off furniture. The assembly of furniture in the storage unit at the other end by the Newcastle team was very poor. Deplorable service. On pick-up, the team arrived 4 hours late with two different excuses. Even after visiting the property to provide the quote, all the furniture did not fit and they left it. I had to make separate arrangements to move the items that were left at my cost. They refused to return my phone calls and discuss compensation for my additional costs.
