I recently used Grace Removals for a move from Sydney to Townsville (10 cubic metres), and my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Throughout the process, I was given conflicting and misleading information. I was initially told there were rail delays, then later informed those delays were over. So far, not so good ! I received a confirmation that my items would be delivered on the 25th of February, and made plans based on this. Closer to the date, I was finally told that my shipment would not arrive before April.. Problem is that I have accepted a job in another country and planned to move end of March… So I have asked if it was possible to change the delivery address, I was told that it was ok but it will come at a cost (Not my fault that you messed up the delivery date in the first place, but ok…).
