So far, not so good ! I received a confirmation that my items would be delivered on the 25th of February, and made plans based on this. Closer to the date, I was finally told that my shipment would not arrive before April.. Problem is that I have accepted a job in another country and planned to move end of March… So I have asked if it was possible to change the delivery address, I was told that it was ok but it will come at a cost (Not my fault that you messed up the delivery date in the first place, but ok…). I had a very similar experience to the most recent review. No one contacted me once I confirmed the quote - I had to follow it up, the phone would often ring and ring and I would end up speaking to someone in Brisbane! I had to continuously follow up to find out when it was going to be delivered, not once did I receive an email saying my furniture had been picked up, in transit, or had made it to it's destination.
