Moved from Sunshine Coast to England. Excellent service and communication from the start asking for a quote. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently and day of pick up the team arrived on time and were helpful and friendly. Grace Removals also gave me a quote to transfer my dog over to UK too, using Jet Pets and the quote came in cheaper than my quote from Jetpets direct, who were also brilliant in communication and assistance with all the numerous paperwork. I used this company to relocate from Sydney to Brisbane. Unfortunately I can not recommend this service. I am missing a case of premium quality wine that was not delivered. Grace has offered no explanation and has done nothing other than tell me there is nothing left in the truck. So where did it go? Part of the problem is their weak attempt to create an inventory which allows this to happen making it impossible to know if everything has been delivered on the day. My family have moved several times using Grace Removals without a single issue. Unfortunately we went with Grace again this time and all was well until we found salesman Paul had not been honest and transparent with us. Kirstie was lovely and professional at all times, however, the removalists who came out to our home were disrespectful and rude. Moving is difficult and stressful enough without having this on top.
