Poor communication and delays, boxes not handled with care throughout journey and one arrived with a gaping hole. Not sure if anything is missing yet but this was poor.
Fantastic company to deal with excellent staff and the same person who moved my belongings three years ago was there to move them again. Cannot speak highly enough of them.
Fabulous company, from start to finish. Items shipped from Melbourne to London. the packers were amazing we were kept informed at points throughout the journey and the crew at this end were professional and amazing. I would no hesitate reccomending them to anyone!!
I would definitely recommend grace removals when moving. The are good value for money. The customer service provided by all staff was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and informative very step of the way.
