It was a disaster. We won't use Grace again. The entire process was horrible. One highpoint was the team in Broome. They were truly excellent. Issues: 1. Quoted wrong price as loaded wrong destination 2. Forgot to quote vehicle 3. Was told to drive plants to Depot, after 3 hour (each way) drive, was informed plants are not allowed in WA. 4. PIck-up took items from the neighbour and then stated they did not. (Found and returned following day) 5.
