Very disappointing. Glad we decided not to move furniture as the two more fragile items that we did end up sending got damaged. Paid for TV packing and they didn’t do it properly and screen got scratched. Bbq bent… trying to claim the damage .
Excellent service from start to finish. Moved from Sydney to Darwin and the transition was seamless. Both Sydney and Darwin crew handled stuff with care and were more than helpful! Highly recommend! Nick and Tim in Darwin were great, thanks so much!
Whatever you do, consider other movers and if you go with Grace make sure you insure your things because Grace will not look after them. We moved interstate with Grace and it's been a month since delivery and we've only just managed to get through to a real person about the issues we had after multiple unanswered emails.
