The Moving consultant in Perth, Jessica Theseira, worked hard to accommodate my requests and I am grateful for her prompt responses each time I had a query. On Uplift day in Perth, I was mortified when I saw the heavy cross trainer machine sitting on top of 2 levels of boxes in the container; I understand everything had to be packed tightly in the container for the train ride.
