Easy and friendly process for move between Perth and Auckland NZ. Home visit consultant was excellent to help plan and advise move. Emails were always responded to on time. Items were packed safely and arrived without damage. They also offered to take my emptied boxes after I eventually unpacked in NZ which was a nice touch.

Very poor response to phone call About 2 weeks we send 1 tables and calling in Melbourne office that what’s hau NO answer. Called Perth office that we send it from Perth and they said don’t know either but my question is who knows why they not answer . Poor customer service serve Poor reception Poor response

We moved from Perth back to NZ and used Grace Removals in Perth highly recommend awesome communication from start to finish was a easy process I was actually nervous and my head was full with the big move but the communication was on point from Perth then the transition to grace Removals NZ Thankyou guys for the easy move home finally received out house hold items yesterday and the boys who delivered were amazing!!!!

Great move experience. Had a complex situation that required a very quick pick up date and Grace did a great job at accomodating it. Easy to contact the office, both pick up and drop off was handled by friendly and professional movers, and there was no damage to our stuff despite the long distance travelled. Would move with them again!
