Not a fan and the move left us feeling quite vulnerable. Sea container move from Hobart to Canada was superb right through locking in the move, securing the packing, having the goods picked up, and then it was crickets... unless I reached out. After our goods were loaded, communication was sporadic, always initiated by us, leaving us feeling vulnerable and quite frustrated. We've lived in 5 countries (multiple moves) and this move was by far the worst, regarding customer service and communication.
Both men did an amazing job they were so careful with all my things having to work in a very tight space they were very professional and polite and would definitely recommend them
Outstanding as always, Andrea who visited us to do a walk thru of the house filled us with confidence we would have a brilliant move, and she was true to her word. Moving is never a fun experience, but Andrea and Grace made the experience a breeze. Would highly recommend!
Very efficient and helpful although there was a delay in getting my furniture to my new address.
