Ridiculous truck drivers in Hobart, driving dangerously. Have had 2 instances with your drivers pulling out on me and another instance this morning failing to stop at a roundabout nearly causing an accident. Have previously emailed to address the situation but failed to receive a response. Unacceptable and will cause someone their life
Do not use GRACE! I had several issues which I raised with management since 29/4/25 and nobody bothered to look into it. I contacted customer service via email, but it seems inexistent. On 16/6 they sent me an invoice with extra charges I never asked or signed for and no notation of my prepayments. On 18/6 I receive a call from the UK partner saying they suspended my shipment. I had things moved Sydney to Hobart. Sydney team were awesome - packed things really well. The Hobart group took two attempts to deliver my things and still lost quite a few of my boxes and furniture. And broke a lamp. The communication over email was terrible and they never once answered the phone. I never got any apology or explanation. The moving men were nice enough, but the admin/accountability side of things is woeful. I have been trying for a few weeks now to get a quotation and haven't got any call back. My husband tried to call them and guess what? they told him we will let the sales team to call you around 12.30pm. they called way later than that which he couldn't pick up the call because he was working. why would you call us while we are busy working instead of calling at the arranged time or at least answer our questions when we call? isn't this a service you provide? Four weeks ago my partner and I used Grace Removals to move from Old Beach to Brighton. We'd used them before and been very happy with the service. Not this time. The main problem was a lack of communication, both with us and within the company. We were told on several occasions that the manager would ring us about particular questions that arose, but he never did.
