Grace Miller has been appointed as managing agent for our building since 2014.Over the last 10 years we have had an excellent relationship as result of this major improvements projects taken place to keep the property in good condition. I've received absolutely abysmal levels of service from Grace Miller. I have a noise complaint that is over two years old, and they have promised much and delivered absolutely nothing. On the few occasions I have received replies to emails, these have contained inaccuracies, contradictions and even provable lies. Grace Miller are common thieves, who shouldn't be trusted to run a bath, let alone manage property. Oh, and Diane, before you reply with a request to email you, I did so more than two weeks ago. You haven't replied.
I am renting one of the flats managed by Grace Miller. I have received outstanding service from Toni who is professional, friendly and always willing to help. Toni always responds , gives 100% support, acts fast when there is an issue. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you Toni!
We have been dealing with Grace Miller for several years now and have recently switched our property to their Managed Service. I cannot praise the Grace Miller team enough. Phone calls are taken promptly, there seems to be hardly any staff turn over so you and your property are known to their employees, all of whom understand and treat your every request with a kind, positive, knowledgeable and pro-active attitude.
