Not sure why there are so many complaints on here. Of course the trains can be loud, you live next to the tracks that you knew were here when you moved in? 😂 For real though, cute, quiet, affordable location. Elementary school practically across the street, perfect for a couple with a young child. Pet friendly, always a plus. Maintenance is great, communication given prior to them needing access to your apartment.
