This place has issues - right next to the train tracks and crossing- and hence you would have to adjust to the incessant honking during the night. But my biggest issue is how dishonest these folks can be. They are bent on keeping your security deposit and will come up with the most ridiculous lies in order to keep your money. One can adjust to some issues but not dishonesty. Only rent if you enjoy being kept up at night and losing your security deposit.
The unit is self was okay. Management and maintenance are terrible. There really should be an office on site. It’s easy for Janelle to hide behind email and be extremely fake and uncaring. Jason the maintenance person is just as bad. Bad mouths tenants to others and rude. If you don’t lick the apartment clean upon moving out you won’t get a penny back. Terrible management all around.
