This company continues to keep a security deposit from my Grandmother’s rental when keys were turned in 9/25/26. Based on Florida Statute, they were to return it within 30 days or provide written, itemized reasons as to why it wasn’t being returned. We are nearly 90 days later and they continue to give us the runaround. We communicate and they suggest they send emails to corporate and they can’t tell us anything, nor are they willing to connect us with the right person at corporate. My Dad moved into Grace Manor 5 years ago this month, during Covid, and I couldn’t have found a better facility for him. Every single staff member is warm and kind and takes such great care of him. They take the time to talk with the residents and get to know them, and it’s obvious they genuinely love the residents. I highly recommend Grace Manor ALF to anyone looking.
There is no better facility for our seniors. The staff is absolutely first class. They have functions that include the entire family just about monthly. The entire staff is friendly and quick to resolve any issues that may arise.
Grace Manor is an awesome Adult Living Facility. My 92 year old mom (Abby) has been there over a year. Everyone treats her like family and the entire staff are amazing. My entire family love the staff there. My mom stays very active with events like Bingo, Water Aerobics, Exercise Classes, three good meals a day, and outing events. Stacy and her team are fantastic. My family highly recommend this place.
My Mother-in-law lives at Grace Manor and she is treated like family there! It’s such a huge decision to entrust the care of a loved one to people outside the family, but what an amazing staff! They make everything special and make each day worth celebrating and for some of the residents, they are the only people they have to care for them.
