Pretty darn good
Staff working out of their scope of practice with no supervision. No RN on site every time I went to see my aunt. Medications weren’t given correctly
I've never seen such a disorganized home. Tell workers my Dad needs to go to the bathroom and they walk right out of the room like they didn't hear me. Many things happen like this that I've seen here. Working our hardest to find him a different place. I hope I never end up in a place like this sometime, it's clean and new, that's all they have going for them. Sad
My mother was at River Pines for 2 1/2 years,,she passed away on Valentine’s Day She received EXCELLENT care and became a fast favorite! She had her hair done weekly in the beauty shop, daily activities, and most important church every Sunday Family members and friends would comment on the cleanliness of facility and the awesome care she received there! Some of the staff members became good friends
