I feel so lucky to have found Grace! She provides the most nourishing sessions, tending so gently and purposefully to my treatment needs. She has been so helpful with such a variety of concerns I have wanted advice and care for eg. Menstrual cycle support, gut disturbances, overall stress/anxiety and simply addressing my wellbeing more holistically. Grace is also a great listener and has such a sound understanding of the body! Grace has provided me with front-line healthcare for issues ranging from an acute visual impairment to injuries to immune system and mental health support. Not only have her acupuncture treatments and herbs been extremely effective in treating/curing issues but her warm, effortlessly caring demeanour and relaxing treatments offer moments of sanctuary I look forward to immensely.
