I feel so lucky to have found Grace! She provides the most nourishing sessions, tending so gently and purposefully to my treatment needs. She has been so helpful with such a variety of concerns I have wanted advice and care for eg. Menstrual cycle support, gut disturbances, overall stress/anxiety and simply addressing my wellbeing more holistically. Grace is also a great listener and has such a sound understanding of the body!
