Jennifer was very unprofessional in one of our last conversations. After having accused my mother and I of lying in the interviews and applications, we contacted her. As soon as I confronted her she went completely hysterical and started yelling and cussing, which I was not doing. I could not even get a word out because she kept on yelling at the top of her lungs.
