My father was admitted into this place about 8 months ago. He was bit by a tick about 20 years before he came to Grace Healthcare of Whites Creek. They didn't have the proper staffing to rehabilitate him after his hospital stay. I had medical power of attorney over my father, and repeatedly, I asked them to take him off of Depacote medication that they were giving him. Hostile environment. Administrator that is rude and don't care. D.O.N. that does what he says. Racism goes on and nothing is done. Patient care not done and no corrective action taken or education given. I would not send anyone there or work there ever again.
I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. My dad needed rehabilitation after having knee surgery, and we really didn’t want to put him in a nursing home. When we arrived, dad was greeted by nurses and many other staff members. They made us feel welcomed, and they tended to my dad’s needs. The room was cozy, the staff was nice, and the rehab team kept him motivated to get better. According to dad, the food was the best he’s had in a long time, and they have a menu that he could order from. I definitely recommend... read more
