I had an excellent experience working with Mrs. Grace. After purchasing a tenant-occupied property in June 2024, she assisted me with the N12 process at the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), where we were successful. The tenant later appealed the eviction to the Divisional Court. At that stage, I retained a lawyer and paid a significant amount in legal fees, but unfortunately without success.
