My train to Coffs Harbour was cancelled yesterday. We were directed onto one of your coaches driven a Mr Peter Robinson. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Peter for his excellent driving and his unfailing courtesy and consideration to our comfort for a very long unexpected 11 hour trip Thank you Peter Sincerely Lorraine Coates.
My gratitude to the driver who took train replacement route 37CN from Hornsby to Morriset today 1115am ex-Hornsby. It was a very pleasant and safe journey with clear destination indications and timely arrival.
