I had a very poor experience with this mobile notary company during an important lender closing. The appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, yet the notary arrived 40 minutes late with absolutely no communication or updates beforehand. What was especially frustrating is that I had attempted to confirm the appointment several days in advance through multiple emails and received no response.
