About this business

What make Grace Body Therapies unique is the philosophy of self responsibility. We look at identifying the causes of chronic pain & disco-ordination issues instead of just treating the symptoms. Alexander Technique is a process that explores our “use” the way we use ourselves in all of life’s circumstances. The technique highlights unnecessary mental & muscle effort and retrains more efficient thought movement patterns. The combination of corrective manual therapies with mindful changes to our ‘use&rs... read more

I went to Deb with a pinched nerve in my neck, which caused limited arm mobility, reduced hand strength, and persistent pain, along with pins and needles. I was seeking an alternative to seeing a neurologist. Although the process wasn't immediate and there were times I struggled with pain, Deb remained patient, offering professional care with kindness and expert guidance. Over time, I realised that I was no longer experiencing pain and couldn't even recall the last flare-up, thanks to Deb's treatment, lead to a pain-free lif... read more

The Alexander technique has become my favourite kind of physical therapy. Deb is knowledgeable and fun, and has helped me become more aware and present in my body, and understand more fully the connections between mind and body. This has helped me feel better, and move my body more freely and easily in the way that it was designed to move. Thank you Deb!

I found Deborah to be such a valuable part of the treatment of my knee. I only had two visits as l was only in the area for a few weeks but in those sessions she taught me so much to take away with me and incorporate into my everyday life. I now, after more than a week of seeing her find l am in a lot less pain. I will definitely be continuing my 'new way of movement'. A huge thankyou Deborah... Megan

Deborah is a very caring therapist who has helped me with a number of physical issues in a holistic way. I have been seeing her over about five years and highly recommend her approach. It is definitely worth the pretty drive to Kettering for an appointment.
