Roy is awesome! While I'm not a buyer today, he took time to educate me about bikes, sizing, provide feedback, and patiently answer a whole lot of questions.
Bikes purchased come with legitimate and knowledgeable bike fit and Roy makes sure that you are happy; I can't imagine why anyone would want to buy from anywhere else, including online. This is a perfect example of what a local bike shop should be.
I called up Roy to talk about fit and custom builds. He was kind, knowledgeable, and gave really helpful advice.
The best bike guy around. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I got into a crash and wanted him to check it out. He knew that I wad hurt and offered to come to my house and pick up my bike. Truly the best!!
