I don’t normally write reviews like this. I really don’t want anyone else to be treated like I was treated. I worked at Grace since January 2025. I loved my job but there was very poor communication from admin to caregivers and the nurse. Sometimes you wouldn’t even get a response from admin even during business hours. I even reported the issue to regional administration and it got back to me in a way that meant I was not important enough to contact regional administration with any issues. My mom's stay there was short as she passed 6 weeks after moving into Grace. They took great care of her while she was there and the facilities are beautifully kept.
Intertainment director iin Fruitland never returns calls. Unprofessional. Several messages left.
