Very nice church where I went to a family member's funeral. Tight knit, family oriented, would come back.
This church is rich in Charlotte Black History as it is one of the first congregations to worship in the Queen City after the abolishment of Slavery in 1865. The original sanctuary was dedicated in 1901 and still stands near the corner of South Brevard and East 3rd Streets in the Old Brooklyn/2nd Ward neighborhood in Uptown/Downtown/Center City Charlotte.
