Good annuity products but poor customer service and very bad explanation on how the annuity actually works. I was unable to get in touch with the annuity company so I called Bob Grace twice and no response. The huge commissions that Bob makes on these plans are huge so I won't be recommending his services to anyone I know. A planned, informative session about FRS retirement and real estate investment transformed into a high-pressure sales pitch. He continually degraded my ideas as he flaunted his obscure and random financial facts, apparently to prove his expertise. He continually pointed out my ignorance and his "superior" knowledge by asking specific financial questions, blaming me directly for not saving enough, and "teaching" me the answers to HIS financial questions, not mine.
