I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of a recovery agent associated with Muthoot Finance. The agent has allegedly used caste-based abusive language, made insulting remarks such as, “Why did Muthoot give a loan to people of your caste?” and sent offensive messages containing bad words to my wife's mobile phone. We are facing continuous harassment, humiliation, and disrespect. Recovering a loan does not give anyone the right to abuse a customer based on caste, insult their family, or use vulgar language.
