I was referred by a friend. Called yesterday and they scheduled me for 12:30 appointment today. I showed up at 12:35 to a dark, empty office with the security gate pulled shut. No one answering the phone and unable to leave a voicemail. I waited for an hour to see if maybe they went out for lunch or something, but no one came. Someone should have called me if they had to close, or at least put a sign on the door. Several other people showed up also confused that it was closed.
