I took my husband Samsung phone here to replace the battery while it was working perfectly. After the replacement, the screen started flickering and malfunctioning. When I brought it back, they claimed they only replaced the battery and did nothing else, and then said fixing the screen would cost another $500. Totally unacceptable and impossible to believe. I’ve been left with a broken phone I can’t use. MY PHONE IS NOW RUINED AND I’VE PAID A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON—BOTH IN MONEY AND TRUST. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
