I've been working with Katy for the past few months with a difficult lower back injury, and she has been absolutely incredible. Empathetic, knowledgeable, systematic, and extremely helpful. I've been seeing Kris Bolcer for my neck injury for a couple months. It's been a great experience. he set me up with a PT routine to help get back to the active hobbies like rock climbing and cycling that I enjoy. If you get an injury skiing or climbing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kris to you.
Crystal is amazing for pelvic floor. I feel so much stronger and issues are resolved. She is also just a lovely human. Highly recommend!
I have seen several therapists at GPT Lake City, and each of them was wonderful! Katy and Jelena helped me with my hip, and they accurately figured out the issue and developed a course of treatment to help ease my pain and strengthen my body to avoid issues in the future.
