I worked with Rachel at GPT Lake City for over a year and have recently “graduated”. She is great! I loved working with her. Started first with hip pain but then had a bad fall resulting in partial tear in shoulder. I later also started having lower back pain. My weekly PT appointments included regular assessment of how I was doing, exercises and muscle work (not sure what it was called) to help me with the pain. I feel well equipped to deal with any future flair ups (which is always possible with my 60+ year old body!).
Rachel was great to work with after my rotator cuff surgery. She helped me get back to full use and strength faster than I had expected. Her warmth and great sense of humor also helped! Staff at GPT were all helpful and accommodating.
I highly recommend GPT! Within just two weeks, I was significantly healed, so I could get back to normal daily activities. The staff are all really friendly, and they make scheduling super easy. Parking is also easy.
I've only had one session with my PT therapist so this review is for the fantastic front desk staff. Sophia and Kat have both been highly professional, punctual, and understanding of adjustments I've had to make to my appointments. Overall, an outstanding experience. Would highly recommend!
I had a really fantastic experience with pelvic floor PT at GPT Lake City. This is the second time I have seen a pelvic floor PT; the first was around 5 years ago, prior to PoP surgery. This experience was SO much different, better, and more rigorous. I saw Crystal over the course of a couple of months, and she treated me for pain related to tense pelvic floor muscles.
