Needed an emergency repair as I came in from out of state & needed bike repaired while here for weekend. Ran in during evening, they stopped what they were doing & addressed my problem, even cobbled it together with what had in back to get me back to riding. I appreciate their skill & dedication! And they were very fair on pricing.
Seriously, go to GPP. They are always more than happy to talk bikes should you need parts or service or a sweet new ride! They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being too extra. Every time I stop by, I end up with some extra smiles. What are you waiting for, go see 'em already, make some new friends who ride bikes and join the party!!
Had a mini emergency with a Mavic hub (*#&$ Mavic!) and Travis helped us out right away even though it was almost closing. Took it apart and cleaned it up; put it back together and ordered us replacement parts all on his own initiative. Made sure the bike was ready to ride immediately even though we had to wait for Mavic to finish taking their nap before we could replace the broken pieces.
