Superior customer service, I just wish fraud detection would call you as soon as they put a hold on your card-rather than you having to call them when it fails at the grocery store, scrambling before the bank closes. Edit: they did call, Verizon was just overzealous about blocking their number and not notifying me. Review changed to reflect new development.

This bank is awful to deal with on the phone. I called with 2 simple questions and just got talked over by Mary Ann Powers. She also seemed to think she was a financial advisor during our chat. Someone should remind her she’s a customer service rep and to focus on that instead. I’ve been with this place for 30 years and the customer service on the phone will get you no where. If they don’t answer don’t even bother leaving a message. Nobody is going to return your call. Can’t wait to open an account elsewhere

Dont use night deposit....I was told its first thing they do in morning..Its not!! sometimes i have to call to tell them its in deposit box after a week nget it out....why is it there if they cant take time to check it..one star or I cant post
