Cannot get in contact with a person to speak with them about an issue I am having. Left messages two days in a row and no response
Huge shoutout of Thanks (additional kudos to Chris!)to the staff at the Holsberry Road location in Pensacola for assistance with an issue I had with my account! It was fairly confusing to me, however,they were able to straighten it out and the level of communication throughout the situation was stellar!
Many thanks to the Holsberry location. The staff there are super awesome, friendly and helpful. I wish my other credit union offered customer service on their level. Thanks again!!
