Mark helped me plan out a complete rebuild of my older Litespeed titanium road bike with updated parts. The bike is running flawlessly. Mark is a great shop owner and shows a lot of pride and excitement in his work. Looking forward to returning for all future repairs and builds.
I have a very old specialized epic with carbon fiber frame, aluminum joints, and shimino 105 shifters. I brought the bike in January 2024 to get it back up and running since have not rode in years. Mark was excellent to talk to and knew his stuff such as the history of the bike and components. We discussed new seat for better prostate protection, tires for smoother rides, bar wraps etc. all of the recommendations were spot on I worked as a teenager in bike sales. I purchased o bike from Mark on FB market place in Dec 2024. Drove to GPAs to make transaction and pick up bike. I can't say enough about the shop, Mark, and his grandson. They truly enjoy helping people and making you feel like family. It is not a bike shop close to where I live but I will definitely be going back for any bike needs I have and to just visit Mark and the shop. Such a nice street the shop is on and easy to park. This shop and Mark are true gems. He got me up and running after a broken spoke on the home stretch of my Buffalo -NYC tour. Service was quick and fairly priced. A bike tourer himself he shared some insights on the trail and some mechanical tips for future trips. Mentioned him to some former CIA student friends of mine that had him as a professor and they remember him fondly. Will be back anytime i'm in the area!
Best bike shop EVER! Mark is super knowledgeable, professional, and ever so personable. Both Mark and Bill made certain that my bike was tailored to fit me absolutely perfectly! I recommend them for new, slightly used bikes, e-bikes, mountain bikes and the best service. You’re going to be so happy!
