It’s really unfortunate we had such a bad experience seeing the good reviews; maybe it was an off day but holy cow, the unprofessionalism was insane. We had an appointment at 2:30, got there a little early even, and got our paperwork filled out quickly. Then we sat. And sat. For over 30 minutes past our appointment time and didn’t get seen.
