I been to Gareth regarding a shoulder injury I picked up at work, after a consultation Gareth treated my shoulder with a sports massage which to be honest did the world of good, I’ve since been back for a second session and the shoulder has 100% improved both in movement and pain. very professional in every way possible Top man would recommend to all my work colleagues and friends always

I suffered an ankle injury a few years ago which hasn’t ever gotten any better, if I walk more than a few miles on it it hurts for days. After seeing Gareth it feels 100 times better, he also gave me a lot of stretches and strength training to do that will hopefully strengthen it back up and get me back to blazing over the hills in no time 🤞. He’s a Loverly chap with a lot of knowledge and the patience of a saint. Thanks matey all the best and see you next week
Have a long standing back problem, for which Gareth,gave a sports massage and suggested exercises to do at home. It has made an amazing difference and I will certainly be returning. Excellent treatment at a very competitive cost .would highly recommend
