THIS CREDIT UNION IS A MESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLOSED A LOAN AND MAILED MY TITLE TO ME. CALLED A WEEK LATER SAYING IT WASNT PAID OFF. I SENT THE MONEY TO PAYY OFF THE LOAN. NOW THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME THE STATEMENT SHOWING MY LOAN IS PAID OFF. ***** *** IS THE MOST RUDE LADY I HAVE EVER SPOKE WITH. I WILL NEVER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH ALLIED PLASTIC CREDIT UNION AGAIN.

In reference to the transaction that Ms. ******** is referring to, all funds were not received to create a zero balance on her loan. Once all funds were received, Ms. ******** was provided the statement she demanded. While it is unfortunate that we could not satisfy her in the timeframe that she wanted, we followed the policy and procedures of our credit union by making sure all funds were received prior to providing a statement showing a zero balance.
