Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a washer–dryer unit from GP Home Furniture in Chilliwack on April 22, 2025 and received it on April 26. I chose this store because it’s a Canadian-owned business, and I wanted to support local, but the appliance hasn't worked properly since day one. A technician replaced the control board, but the problem persisted. On top of that, another issue was found — the dryer is not drying properly. Corey was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I needed a fridge as quickly as possible, and he made it so easy. I was not able to get to the store, so we did our business over the phone. I gave him my specs, and he provided options that fit the criteria, no overselling. He understood my urgency and arranged for same-day delivery. Delivery persons were great! Went in looking for a fridge as mine had stopped working. Corey found me a couple option's to choose from that were in stock and available for immediate delivery. Thanks again for the help as well as a shout out to the delivery team.
Woke up to a large, full, dead freezer this morning. By 1:00 a new one was delivered and in place. I can’t say how appreciative I am to Corey T for his wonderful service and making this happen. He and his driver went above and beyond. Thank you SO much.
